Ignite membership experience is designed to bring together senior women leaders for networking and growth opportunities. Our members are typically in CXO to VP roles or Partner to Managing Director roles.

We welcome applicants whose experience within the last two years meets our membership criteria, whose current business generated $2M or more in annual revenue, during the last fiscal year, OR who are retired and have served in roles that meet our membership criteria.

We request 2 reference letters from current Ignite members or from your organization’s CXOs to whom your report, or a combination of the two.
